What To Plant In December
There are plenty of vegetable and flower varieties you can be sowing this month for next year.

Veg to plant in December…
Broad Beans
Broad beans can be sown now for harvest next spring – if the weather is mild enough, sow directly outside.
Onion
Sow onion seeds this month – start off in pots or undercover.
Lettuce
Varieties such as ‘winter gem’ are known for being able to grow in colder conditions. Sow into pots this month.
