Our Christmas Tree Promise
We are confident our real trees will stay
looking good until Christmas so if you have any problems with your tree, weâ€™ll happily replace it for free any time up to midday Christmas Eve.
Please note: we will need you to return your tree with the receipt for us to organise this.
How to care for your Christmas Tree
Treat it like cut flowers â€“ cut 2 cm or 3 cm from the stump straight across using a handsaw. Itâ€™s easier than you think, and helps the tree absorb water.
Place your tree in a stand that holds water and generously water the tree every day (donâ€™t add anything to the water). Depending on how warm the room is it can drink up to two litres daily.
In a perfect world, itâ€™s best to leave the branches to settle for 24 hours before decorating â€“ but we realise that excited children (and adults!) will probably not allow that to happen!
Word of warning â€“ Putting a tree close to a heat source will dry it out. Your tree will lose its sheen and branches will curl downward causing baubles to fall off.
