Below is our suggested recipe for you to follow –

The Recipe –

(Yield approx 6-9)


Vegetable or Sunflower Oil

3 Eggs

150g Plain Flour (approx)

300ml Milk


Preheat oven 180°c

Whisk eggs together before slowly adding flour, continue to whisk until a thick paste, no lumps.

In a muffin tray or pan add oil (enough to cover the base) before putting in the oven for 10 minutes to heat.

Whisk in milk, again slowly.

Once oil is hot, pour into tray or muffins cases and cook for approx 25 minutes.

Serve immediately once cooked, cool or freeze.
