Are you ready to take your garden to the next level with Vegetable plants this growing season? We now have lots of varieties instore featuring Chilli Pepper Machu Pichu, Courgette El Greco, Sweet Pepper Yellow Bell, Chilli Pepper Cheyenne and many more!
Find the right growing conditions for your plants... choose a sunny spot as they need 6 to 8 hours of direct daily sunlight. Some vegetables (mainly the leafy ones) can tolerate some shade. 2. A spot that drains well and doesn`t stay wet.
3. It needs to be stable and not windy: avoid places that receive strong winds.
4. Select nutrient-rich soil. Add tomato liquid feed as it`s the perfect fertiliser for vegetable plants 🍎

Karen visited Towcester primary school to run an interactive workshop on planting sunflowers, this was to assist year 3 in their project of writing instructions.
The children learned about planting seeds, how they germinate and how to look after them whilst they are growing.
The teachers will be judging the tallest sunflower by the end of the summer term and the winner will receive a kids gardening bundle.
We at Bell Plantation want to inspire the next generation to love gardening, not only is it great for both mental and physical health but can generate a healthy hobby for life. Here at the garden centre we stock a wide range of easy to grow seeds and plants along with a range of kids gardening tools.
