Eton Mess is a popular choice on our Café Dessert Specials – if you haven’t tried it yet, do come in and treat yourself! It’s the perfect summer dessert!

Eton Mess traditionally consists of meringue, cream, coulis and strawberries. It is believed to originate from Eton College and is served at the annual cricket match against the pupils of Harrow School!

In our Café, we break the meringue up in to bite-sized chunks and fold it in to delicious whipped double cream, along with chopped strawberries. This is then layered in to a sundae glass and topped with coulis, more fresh strawberries and a sprig of fresh mint.

Here we show you how you can easily recreate this delicious pudding at home using some of our gorgeous Food Hall ingredients.
